Cosentino Expanding Silestone® Production

STAFFORD, Texas – Cosentino S.A., the parent company of Cosentino USA, announced a new growth phase for its Silestone natural-quartz surface in late March with the purchase of four additional production lines.
The new machinery for Cantoria, Spain-based Cosentino S.A. will double production capacity to more than 40 million ft² per year.
“This purchase will double our production capacity and push us seven lines above our closest competitor,” says Roberto Contreras, Cosentino USA president/CEO in Stafford. “This allows us the flexibility to make our product even more efficient and consistent, because we can keep more colors in production at one time and deliver more product quicker.”
